Reuse Report

Updated by Sean Ellner

The Reuse Report displays how many times the processes in the selected scope are called by other processes in the instance. This report helps users analyze if a reused process is being reused as much as expected. If a process is not being reused as much as expected, users can retire or refactor their process.

A process must be called at least twice to appear in this report.

Accessing the Reuse Report

  1. Choose RPA Dashboards and Reports dropdown in the main header.
  2. Click Statistics.
  3. Select Per Process View from the Views dropdown.
  4. Select the desired scope on the top right by clicking Change Scope and click OK. For more information, see Using Scope and View.
