Licensing in Blueprint

Updated by Stefenie Stockbridge

Blueprint utilizes three distinct licensing models:

  1. Assess: The assessment package allows you fortify your RPA estate and deliver continuous value. Utilizing Blueprint’s game-changing technology, you can turn automations into readable, smart specification data on demand.

Assessment bots are RPA processes that are ingested into Blueprint. See Blueprint Assess Overview to learn more.

  • Features of Blueprint Assess
    • RPA Data Import
    • Process Metrics
    • Migration Estimates (to Microsoft Power Automate)
    • Instant Process Knowledge via GenAI
    • Diagramming
    • RPA Testing
    • Security & Compliance
    • Improvement Opportunities
    • Specification Generation
    • Dashboards, Analytics, and Reports
  1. Migrate: The migration package allows you to move your existing RPA bots from legacy tools to Power Automate Desktop, reducing the time, cost and effort associated with manual migrations.

Migration bots are when a converted process file is exported from Blueprint to Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Features of Blueprint Migrate
    • RPA Code Conversion
    • Custom Conversion Rules
    • RPA Imports
    • Export to Power Automate
    • Reports (bulk reports, process-based, call-tree based, action and mapping, action frequency, code blocks, copies, reuse, applications used, and more).
  1. Suite: Use Blueprint's full functionality of Assess and Migrate to modernize, re-platform, manage, and optimize automations to differentiate your practice and increase your bottom line.

Licensing Details

Blueprint Assess

Organizations with an Assess license will have access to Blueprint Analyze and Blueprint Migrate, which can be accessed from the hamburger menu in the top left.

The Analyze options displayed here are dependent on the configuration of the instance.

Organizations will get the same amount of purchased licenses to both Blueprint Analyze and Blueprint Migrate Dashboards.

An Assess license is consumed on import to either Blueprint Analyze or Blueprint Migrate.

Example: If an organization purchased 100 assess licenses, users will be able to import 100 bots to both Blueprint Analyze and Blueprint Migrate for Migrate Dashboards. The imported bots do not need to be the same, however, for migration projects we recommend that they are.

Blueprint Migrate

A Migrate license is used upon activation of a Main bot within an RPA process in Blueprint. To learn more, see

Note: An organization cannot have a greater number of Migrate licenses than Assess/Migrate Dashboard licenses.
