System Logs

Instance Administrators can download system logs that can be used to diagnose technical issues or communicate relevant information with the Blueprint Support Team.

To download logs in Settings, users must have the View Instance Configuration privilege in their Instance Administration role.

How to Download System Logs

  1. Select the hamburger menu in the top left in the main header.
  2. Choose Settings.
For information on how to access Blueprint Settings, see Settings and Configuration.
  1. Select System Reports from the Explorer pane.
  2. Select the License & Activity Reporting tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Logging section.
  4. Click Download Logs.
  5. A .zip file is downloaded locally.
