User Activity Report

The User Activity Report displays all instances of user login/logout activity in Blueprint for defined period over the last year (365 days). This provides Instance Administrators visibility on how Blueprint is used within the organization and who is using it.

How to Run a User Activity Report

  1. Select the hamburger menu in the top left in the main header.
  2. Choose Settings.
For information on how to access Blueprint Settings, see Settings and Configuration.
  1. Select System Reports from the Explorer pane.
  2. Select the License & Activity Reporting tab.
  3. In the Number of Days in Report field, enter the amount of days you want your report to be based on. The report can be based on a maximum of the last 365 days.
  4. Click Go.
  5. The report is displayed in the User Activity Report modal.
    The table can be sorted by date or username. The search bar in the top right corner can be used to search by username or department.
  6. To download the report to CSV, click the Download to CSV button.
    All times displayed in the report are listed in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
