Project-Level Microsoft Power Automate Export Settings

Blueprint integrates with Microsoft Power Automate to accelerate and scale robot development and orchestration. Users can seamlessly export aligned and prioritized business processes into Microsoft Power Automate, while also preserving data captured from Imports from an earlier RPA tool, to provide robot developers with a head start and unparalleled visibility and context.

To be able to feed Process models - along with all visual elements and traces - from Blueprint to Microsoft Power Automate, a Project Administrator must first configure the Microsoft Power Automate integration Settings.

Blueprint can be configured to integrate with Power Automate through cloud flows, directly connect to Power Automate Desktop, or export Solution Files for easy import into your existing Power Automate environment.

Configure Project-level Microsoft Power Automate Integration

  1. From Settings, click Projects
For information on how to access Blueprint Settings, see About Blueprint Settings.
  1. Select the project that should be integrated with Microsoft Power Automate
  2. Back in the Explorer pane, expand RPA Integration Settings and select Power Automate
  3. Check the box to Enable Power Automate Desktop Export via...
    1. Select API (Microsoft 365 Authentication Required) if Microsoft 365 Authentication has been set up
      Bots exported via this method will simply appear in your Power Automate Desktop environment when the migration job has completed.

      WARNING: If Microsoft 365 Authentication has not yet been setup, Blueprint will display an error when attempting to export for Projects set to API.
    2. Select Solution File if Microsoft 365 Authentication is not an option for your organization.
      Bots exported using this approach will be stored in a Blueprint folder named Power Automate Desktop Solutions within the current project.

      To view your exports, you may need to refresh the Explorer Bar by clicking Refresh All
  4. Click Save
