These notes provide an overview of new features implemented in each version of Blueprint along with any important upgrade advisories and resolved issues.

They also outline known issues you may experience while using a specific version of Blueprint and any applicable workarounds.

Version 9.2

GA Date: Apr 10, 2026

  • New Features:
    • [PAD only] Folder View - An alternate way to work with Flows in Blueprint. Rather than displaying Flows in a flat list, Folder View organizes them into a folder hierarchy, making it easier to manage and navigate large sets of Flows.
  • Other:
    • General:
      • Updated organization of Tabs when looking at a process
      • Added original name of imported file to Details > General Information section
    • PAD Only:
      • Analyze PAD now works with both PAD Draft and Published save types
      • Added Regex support for Find and Replace
      • Added support for Changes feature to use either MSFT Versioning or Blueprint Versioning (see Analyze for more details)
      • Sensitive Data scans now display line number where sensitive data is found
    • PAD - Find and Replace:
      • Find and Replace now always uses most recent save
      • Find and Replace now automatically reimports Flow after change are applied
      • Now saves new versions/Flows as Drafts

GA Date: Feb 27, 2026

  • New Features:
    • Added Assessment Report for processes imported via Single Import to both Analyze and Migrate, consolidating data from both tools into a single view
  • Other:
    • PAD only
      • Added Work Queues to the Dependencies table
      • Added Dependencies option to the Tools dropdown in the title bar to see all Flows with dependencies
    • Added ability to export Structure Diagrams as png or svg

Version 9.0

GA Date: Jan 20, 2026

  • New Features:
    • Find and Replace - Added a new tab for PAD Flows that allows users to bulk find and replace Robinscript
    • Flow Dependencies Table – Added a new table in the Details tab that allows users to see dependencies between flows. Allows users to see called external Flows
  • Other:
    • Added option to clear MSFT 365 Authentication settings
