License and Activity Reporting

The License and Activity Reporting page provides fundamental information about license(s) and how Blueprint is used within the customer's organization. Specifically, it allows Instance Administrators to see what kind of licenses are provisioned, the total number of licenses available, the total number of licenses used, and the closest expiry dates of all the licenses.

Users can also access the User Activity Report, which details all instances of user login and login of Blueprint for a defined period over the last year (365 days).

Accessing License & Activity Reporting

  1. Select the hamburger menu in the top left in the main header

  1. Choose Settings
  2. Select System Reports from the Explorer pane
  3. Choose License & Activity Reporting tab
  1. In the License Status section, the following information is displayed:
    1. License Type - the type of license provisioned
    2. Total Licenses - the total number of licenses available
    3. Licenses Used - the number of licenses used
    4. Expiry Date - the nearest expiry date for licenses
