Reuse Report
The Reuse Report displays how many times the processes in the selected scope are called by other processes in the instance. Helps users analyze if a reused process is being reused as much as expected. If a process is not being reused as much as expected, users can retire or refactor their process.
Note: A process must be called at least twice to appear in this report.
To access the report:
- Navigate to Statistics Dashboard page:
- Choose RPA Dashboards and Reports dropdown in the main header, then click Statistics.
- Select the Per Process View from the Views dropdown.
- Select the desired scope on the top right by clicking Change Scope and click on OK. For more information on selecting a scope, please see Selecting a Scope in Dashboards.
- Select Reuse Report from the center dropdown.
Glossary
Below are the columns headers and what they represent:
- Hierarchy: The hierarchy represents the path from which the bot originated.
- Process Called: The name of the process
- Total Times Called: A count of how many times the corresponding process is referenced in the entire Blueprint instance
Export
This report can also be exported to an excel file for further analysis. To download the report
- Click on Actions button
- Select Export to Excel
- Navigate to the Jobs tab on the top banner
- Navigate to the jobs tab and click on Import/Export tab
- Click on Download icon on the right side of the row.
