Blueprint Analyze settings let administrators control feature availability and behavior across supported RPA platforms. Use this article to learn how to navigate to the Analyze settings and adjust general, tool-specific, synchronization, and GenAI parameters.

Accessing Blueprint Assess Settings

  1. Open the menu () in the top left corner of Blueprint and choose Settings
  2. Expand RPA Management and choose Analyze

Analyze Settings

Platform Toggles – Enable or disable Analyze features for Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, and Blue Prism.

Blueprint Analyze support for Automation Anywhere is in development.

General Settings

Cloudability Threshold - adjust the threshold for identifying cloud/API-ready processes.

Power Automate Desktop

  • Solution Imports & Metrics – Allow PAD solution file ingestion.
  • Flow Activity Tracking – Monitor production PAD flows.
  • Dataverse Synchronization – Configure import of updated flows (see Dataverse Service Account Secret Setup). Specify sync interval and enable post-import flow change detection.
    • Dataverse Synchronization and Service Account Secret are required for:
      • Identifying PAD flows that have been updated post import to Blueprint
      • Monitoring automated Test Runs
      • Monitoring Flow Activity.
      • The Synchronization Interval defines how often Blueprint should check the connected PAD environment for updated Flows.
  • Anomaly Alert Timeframe – Define how long high-risk flows are flagged.
*PAD Only Option

PAD-Only Authentication – Link Microsoft 365 for automated tests, flow visibility, and GenAI features (see PAD Export – Link Microsoft 365)

How to Access GenAI Settings

  1. Open the menu () in the top left corner of Blueprint and select Settings
  2. Expand RPA Management and select GenAI

Using GenAI Settings

  • Enable GenAI Features – Turn on AI-driven insights.
  • Response Language – Set the language for AI responses.
  • API Token – Use your own ChatGPT token or a Blueprint-provisioned token.
  • Agentic Agents – Configure CoPilot and Salesforce agent descriptions and editing permissions.
    • Enable CoPilot Descriptions - Allows you to view and generate descriptions for CoPilot agents
      • Editable - Permits editing of AI-generated CoPilot fields. We recommend keeping this setting disabled because Blueprint requires descriptions to be sufficiently detailed and formatted correctly to create CoPilot Agents.
        • Note: You will still be unable to edit Inputs and Outputs, as Blueprint requires these to follow a specific format for agent creation.
    • Enable Salesforce Descriptions - Allows you to view and generate descriptions for Salesforce agents.
