Blueprint allows you to import automations from a variety of RPA platforms including Automation Anywhere Enterprise (v10, v11), UiPath, and Blue Prism.

Import Size Limitations
RPA imports can be very large and very complex, consuming lots of computing resources and literally taking hours. If cloud-hosted with Blueprint this can affect other customers, and vice versa. In extreme resource depravation the import may fail. If using Blueprint on-premise it is very important to ensure you're using a server with adequate resources to ensure successful imports from RPA platforms.
All imports have a limit of 100,000 actions per project in Blueprint for performance reasons
Importing in Bulk
If you must have multiple Automations imported together (e.g. hundreds of automations to import one at a time for example), you can do so but there is an overall size limitation of 300MB for the import file.
If you must bundle multiple automations from an RPA tool together, it cannot exceed 300MB in size. It is also recommended to split your imports into several different Blueprint Projects.
Keep in mind that each project has a limit of 100,000 actions.
Importing an RPA file into Blueprint
In this example we will be importing Automation Anywhere tasks to Blueprint.
In the Project Explorer select where you'd like the imported process(es) to be put. This can be a folder, or the project.
Click the More button in the main toolbar and select what RPA tool you would like to import from. In this example we are using the Import from UiPath.
Click Choose File. In the file browser window displayed, select the file you want to import. Above the "Choose File" field in parentheses is the type of acceptable file. If any file type other than what is listed is selected, an error message is displayed.
Choose Template: UiPath, AA, and BluePrism all support using Templates for imports. If you are unsure about using templates you can leave this setting blank.
Click Continue.
A modal is displayed showing the content of the file. You can select / de-select files for import as desired. Show Unsupported checkbox can be selected/ de-selected to include or exclude the unwanted files.
A notification is displayed indicating that the Import has been scheduled. You can click the link in the message to view progress of the operation on the Jobs page.You can also simply click OK in the notification to dismiss it.
To view the uploaded project once the import job has completed, simply refresh the page, or click the Refresh icon on the top of the Explorer Panel.
Depending on your system configuration you may have to activate the process(es) in order to migrate. Only activated processes can be exported.
Two additional files can be found after importing RPA files:
Import File - This is simply a copy of the import file that can be downloaded if necessary
RPA Import Log - Provides information on all processes and sub-processes imported, including notifications of import failure. For more information, see RPAImportLog.
